As the Compliance lead, you will be responsible for leading the compliance function across all areas of the business, ensuring we remain compliant with relevant regulations and laws. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, providing training and guidance to employees, and collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into our daily operations. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and provide recommendations for updates to our policies and procedures as needed.
