Job Description: As a Compliance Intern at Groww, your primary responsibility will be to assist the compliance team in ensuring that our products and services comply with relevant regulations and laws. This includes but is not limited to: • Conducting research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices, • Assisting in the development of policies and procedures, • Reviewing and analyzing documents for compliance purposes, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field, • Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
