Compliance Coordinator
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Compliance Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Auckland.
About the role
This is not your average support role. You’ll be the operational backbone across three dynamic and diverse sites, each playing a critical role in our sustainability mission:
- Plastics Recycling Facility – A cutting-edge, state-of-the-art site focused on transforming plastic waste into valuable resources.
- Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) – A high-throughput site where mixed recyclables are sorted and prepared for reuse.
- Organics Living Earth (Puketutu) – A unique site dedicated to turning organic waste into nutrient-rich compost.
This role is Hybrid across 2 locations in Mangere and Penrose.
You’ll work closely with site managers and operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving compliance with HSEQ systems, improving risk management practices, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
