Compliance Coordinator

Job description

Job Description We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role in Christchurch and Kate Valley, Waipara with a company vehicle. This role plays a vital part in supporting site compliance with employee engagement and support, contractor pre qualification and monitoring, legislative knowledge and understanding, and the implementation of the WMNZ’s HSEQ Management System. You'll help ensure safety and environmental standards are upheld, and that all sites operate within the boundaries of our policies and procedures. This role will also involve working closely with site managers to identify and address any compliance issues, as well as providing training and support to employees on compliance matters.
