Compliance Coordinator

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Compliance Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Tauranga. About the role You will play a key role in driving compliance with HSEQ systems, improving risk management practices, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability. This role combines field-level advisory support with coordination of key compliance activities to ensure we meet internal standards, legislative obligations, and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert advice on HSEQ matters to employees at all levels; • Conducting audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions; • Developing and maintaining procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management strategies; • Providing training and support to employees on HSEQ matters; • Maintaining accurate records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions. This role requires a strong understanding of HSEQ principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
