Looking for a role in administration that has purpose every day?
Joining cmr as a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting our Recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks for candidate placements. Speak with nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to ensure they’re qualified and placement ready!
Our Talent Team is taking a break from COB on the 24th of December, returning the 5th of January. We look forward to reviewing and responding to applications then.

The Responsibilities:
- Checking all new candidates and placements are compliant and job ready
- Ensuring candidates are set up for Payroll in their temp contracts
- Coordinating our candidate training platform
- Following up timesheet and timesheet approvers
- Running expiring placement, TOB and credentialing reports
- Driving positive customer outcomes via the phone and inbox
- Responding to queries promptly via phone and inbox
- Further administrative duties to support teams as required
About You:
Although having experience working within a recruitment agency would be desirable, you may have worked in a medical practice or in other high volume administration roles with a focus on customer service. You will need to:
