Compliance Assurance Lead - Dunedin

As part of our ongoing commitment to compliance, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Assurance Lead to join our team in Dunedin. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the growth and success of MTF finance. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all aspects of our business are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting audits and risk assessments, and ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to meet their compliance obligations. You will also work closely with other teams across the organization to identify and mitigate risks, and provide expert advice on compliance matters. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in compliance, preferably within the financial services sector. You should have experience leading a team of compliance professionals, and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective policies and procedures. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
