• To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Compliance Analyst*in – with focus on operative Analysen, regulatorische Umsetzung und Compliance-Prüfungen.

Tasks

Your tasks in the S+P Compliance Team

• Conducting KYC- and Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
• Transaktionsmonitoring including sanctions and embargo checks
• Operative Compliance Checks in the regulatory environment
• Regulatory Monitoring and analysis of regulatory changes
• Conducting and documenting Risk Assessments
• Assisting in implementing regulatory requirements in customer projects
• Supporting in audits, internal controls, and reviews

Requirements

What you bring

• First-hand experience in the field of Compliance, Regulatorik or Financial Services
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as:
• EBA-Guidelines, BaFin-Verlautbarungen, MaRisk, DORA
• ESMA-Guidelines, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, law, finance)
• A structured, meticulous, and analytical working style
• An interest in regulatory topics and practical implementation
• Teamwork skills and a professional, reliable demeanor
