Position : Compliance Analyst Location: Mexico City Work Modality: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will administer and support Optro (formerly AuditBoard) for the ITRM and CrossComply program; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; analyze and interpret data related to audit findings, risk assessments, and compliance metrics; collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements; develop and maintain documentation of compliance procedures and policies; provide training and support to end-users on Optro (formerly AuditBoard) and other compliance tools; and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Internal Audit; knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards; excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; and fluency in English.
