We are looking for an experienced Compliance & AML Senior Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compliance programs that ensure the integrity of our operations and maintain our reputation as a trusted partner in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), with experience in designing and implementing AML/CFT programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing training programs for employees. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the USA PATRIOT Act. The Compliance & AML Senior Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
