Therefore, we are looking for a commercial & customer-focused Complaints/Retention Agent to strengthen our jovial team in Ronse.
As Complaints/Retention Agent , your first responsibility is to establish contact with existing customers, understand their needs, offer specific solutions to ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty.
You play a key role in reducing 'churn' & maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
Your ability to immerse, communicate accurately & resolve difficulties is crucial in this function.
You are a problem solver, an empathetic listener & a natural mediator. Thanks to your analytical insight & persuasive power, you know what customers need by offering the right solutions. Your goal is simple: keep customers by offering the best experience.
Most important responsibilities:
- Meet & exceed monthly retention & performance targets
- Accurately record customer activities in CRM systems
- Handle incoming & outgoing interactions with a focus on retention
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Identify cancellations or dissatisfaction & offer suitable solutions
- Inform customers about products, services & benefits to increase current retention
- Continuously collect feedback & suggest improvements to offer an optimal customer experience
