Mō te tūnga | About the role The Complaints Resolution Unit is a newly established unit that centralises the management of and response to all service complaints, complaints about bullying, harassment and discrimination, and harmful sexual behaviour, and protected disclosures within the NZDF. As the Complaint Resolution Coordinator, your role is to expertly manage and maintain the complaint management and filing systems, and oversee the complaint tracking process. You will also be required to provide high-level administrative support to the Complaints Resolution Unit, including preparing reports, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records of complaints received. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or have relevant training in complaint management, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be familiar with the NZDF's policies and procedures related to complaints handling.
