This person will play a strategic role in designing, analyzing, and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation programs that align with business objectives and industry best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive compensation surveys and reports to inform compensation decisions. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure compensation programs are integrated into overall talent management strategies. Provide expert advice on compensation matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform compensation decisions. Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on compensation-related topics. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including compensation consultants and vendors. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform compensation decisions. Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients by responding promptly to requests and providing accurate information. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting compensation.
