We are seeking: Compensation Analyst

Job Objective:

The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs and HR information systems through data analysis, maintaining the integrity of structures and systems, and advising managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, data accuracy, and internal policies.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (Advanced)
• Knowledge of payroll and compensation
• Knowledge of systems (SuccessFactors, Salary.com, ADP, Workforce System)
• Experience in human resources
• Knowledge and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to interpret and analyze data
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Attention to detail

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

The work modality is in-person.
