About the Company We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their Company Secretary qualification or are semi-qualified and looking to build their career with a well-established mid-sized Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm. About the Role The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, secretarial practices, regulatory filings, and advisory work across diverse client portfolios. You will be responsible for ensuring that companies comply with legal and regulatory requirements and that company records are properly maintained. Key responsibilities include: * Assisting in the incorporation of companies and LLPs. * Preparing and filing various statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities. * Maintaining statutory registers and records. * Organizing and attending board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings, and preparing minutes. * Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations. * Handling corporate governance matters and providing advice to clients. * Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders. * Assisting with due diligence and other corporate secretarial assignments. About You * Recently qualified Company Secretary (CS) or Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) qualified and pursuing CS Professional, or CS Executive qualified. * Excellent understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant corporate laws. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Good written and verbal communication skills.
