About the Role
  • Take ownership of GST for the group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare quarterly management reports and work alongside the external accountant.
  • Support sales contracts and handle day-to-day admin efficiently.
  • Use Xero to keep financial records accurate and up to date.
About You
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in a company or CA firm with stabl tenure
  • Fluent in Mandarin - Cantonese is a bonus
  • Calm, professional and independent, preferring a simple, no-drama office environment
  • Detail-focused with excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using Xero
