As part of Golden Fortress, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for the people we support — enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans
• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication support
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Record and report accurately in line with company and regulatory standards

About You

• A caring, patient, and reliable nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
