Community Speech Pathologist

Job title: Community Speech Pathologist Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum super Location: Perth As a registered NDIS health provider, our Client provides a range of community-based, allied health services to people of all ages & of all abilities. You will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, & centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare or privately. It is a mobile role, with the opportunity for flexible working arrangements. The Role: Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients in the community. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions to address communication and swallowing difficulties. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Experience working with a diverse range of clients. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with NDIS clients is highly regarded.
