We are looking for a Community Program Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that drive user adoption and retention. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in community management, social media marketing, and event planning. In this role, you will be expected to: • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that drive user adoption and retention. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. • Manage and maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms. • Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities to engage the community. • Analyze and report on community metrics and engagement data. • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement within the community. • Develop and manage budgets for community-related initiatives. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, partners, and sponsors. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and social media marketing. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or event planning. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. • Familiarity with event planning software and tools. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have: • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community members, partners, and sponsors. • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in community management and social media marketing. • Certification in social media marketing or community management.
