Aufgaben

You love connecting people, building creative partnerships, and making brands so approachable that people really feel like they're part of it?
Then this could be your role.

As Community & Partnership Manager, you are neither a classic influencer manager nor just a community manager. We are looking for someone who can bring both together.

Somone who builds genuine relationships. Who really understands communities. Who has a sense of when brand communication is authentic and when it's not.

In your role, you will be responsible for two equally important areas: building strategic partnerships outside and building an internal community. At the same time, you will actively shape how Community & Partnerships at Funzy are built in the long term, including the medium-term build-up of a small team.

• You build long-term relationships with Creators - from Micro to Macro - and develop genuine partnerships instead of short-term deals
• You develop creative Brand Collabs and Co-Marketing campaigns with suitable family- and lifestyle-brands
• You are responsible for a seven-figure Creator- and Affiliate-budget and develop our partnerships with a view to long-term brand building and sustainable ROI
• You plan Creator-Events, Community-activations, and formats that connect people
• You develop YouTube- and TikTok-partnerships with long-term growth potential
• You build an active Funzy-community - far beyond classic comment management
• You ensure that UGC is systematically collected, activated, and used across channels
• You bring the voice of the community back into the company, e.g. towards product development, CRM or content

Qualifikation

Must-have:

• At least 5 years of experience in building communities and/or creator partnerships
• Demonstrable results in building communities, creator networks or brand cooperations
• You intuitively understand the world of families with young children, especially mothers
• You can think strategically and implement things yourself
• You are used to working independently and setting up things without a large team
• You have already managed seven-figure budgets and can analyze performance and ROI accurately
• You have a good sense of brand communication and write approachable, honest, and without marketing clichés

Nice to have

• Your own touchpoints with the family or children's world
• Experience in a DTC-brand or agency
• A network of Family-, Parenting- or Lifestyle-Creators in the DACH region
• Experience with TikTok and YouTube as growth channels
• Experience with affiliate platforms like Awin or Partnerize
• Experience with consumer events or community activations
