Interview process
Instead of a cover letter, we ask you for a sample task that combines strategic and operational thinking. You can find the task here. Please upload the answer to the sample task in the next section.
Task 1: Community Communication (Practical Example)
Imagine you are Community Manager:in at Endo Health.
How would you react to the following comments?
Comment 1:
"I was at my gynecologist again today and didn't feel taken seriously at all. I don't know anymore if I'm just imagining my pain."
Comment 2:
"I think it's slowly getting a bit crazy when you think about all the pain you have and are constantly reminded of endometriosis."
Comment 3:
"I find it totally helpful what you share here, but sometimes the topic also triggers me a lot. Is it the same for others?"
Your task:
- Formulate an empathetic, technically appropriate and community-oriented answer
- Pay attention to tonality, safety and not making medical promises
- Show how you would involve the community in the exchange
Task 2: Understanding of active community management
Describe in your own words:
- What does active community management mean to you?
- What do you think is the difference between "answering comments" and real community building?
- What role does community management play in reach, trust and brand loyalty - especially in the health context.
Task 3: WhatsApp Communities – Strategy & Further Development
Endo Health operates several WhatsApp communities for people with endometriosis, PMs and menopause.
Your task:
Sketch a short strategy for dealing with existing WhatsApp communities:
- What role should WhatsApp communities play in the community ecosystem from your point of view?
- How would you encourage activity, exchange and a safe environment?
- What formats and impulses could you imagine?
- How would you prevent communities from becoming "silent" or being used too one-sidedly?
👉 You can submit the tasks in the form of a PDF or presentation. The processing time is set for 60 minutes.
