Community Manager - Social Media

Scalepex is growing and looking to onboard a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team in Queretaro. This position is in Queretaro and you must be willing to be in the office. You will foster a sense of belonging and engagement within our online and offline communities. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to building and maintaining strong relationships with our community members, driving brand awareness, and facilitating productive conversations. Job Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with our community members. • Drive brand awareness through social media campaigns and content creation. • Facilitate productive conversations and foster a sense of belonging within our online and offline communities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media platforms. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and social media. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in community management or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
