In Poland, we have been operating for over 3 years and have built a strong position on the educational market, implementing courses in the fields of marketing, business, HR, finance, and management.

Within the Laba group, we have created 3 educational projects:

1. Laba – online business school
2. Skvot – popular culture school
3. Laba Tools – our newest project, offering a modern AI tool – Aion – and courses on its use in business

Globaly, we have been operating for 9 years, running projects in 8 countries and have already implemented over 1400 courses, in which over 200,000 students have participated. We work with experts from companies such as Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Nike.

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Community Manager, who will build and lead a community around our courses on Discord – a space where students can share knowledge, ask questions, receive additional materials, and stay in touch with instructors.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and moderating the Laba and Skvot student community on Discord
• Creating an engaging atmosphere – initiating discussions, organizing events, and activating community members
• Coming up with and creating engaging content – posts, series, invitations, Q&A, and videos (with the support of the content team)
• Planning and implementing communication strategies in the community
• Monitoring activity and drawing conclusions based on data – observing which actions attract users and how the community reacts

On a daily basis, you may:

• Organize a series of AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions with the course instructor;
• Suggest a quiz or thematic mini-project for students;
• Prepare a summary of the industry on Discord in the form of a short message or video;
• Encourage community members to share their experiences or successes in applying knowledge from courses.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks English at a minimum level of B2.
• Proficiently uses modern tools – ChatGPT, Discord, bots, communication tools – quickly learns and implements new solutions.
• Feels comfortable writing – can create engaging and clear communications that fit the community's style.
• Has experience leading online communities – on Discord, Facebook groups, forums, or Slack.
• Is a creative person – is not afraid to propose new ideas, seek formats, test, and implement different solutions.
• Can plan and think strategically – can break down communication over time, build a schedule, predict effects.
• Can organize your work well – work independently and responsibly, and also work with a team.
