Hi! We are FC Viktoria Berlin.

The FC Viktoria Berlin is redefining women's football - professionally, visible, inclusive. With Monarch Collective as a strong international partner, we're not just building something sporty, but something socially relevant. Our women's team has been playing in the 2nd Bundesliga since 2025/26, driven by a diverse team and a clear vision: making women's football big in Berlin and beyond.

You want to create authentic fan experiences, shape the community, and inspire people for our mission? Then keep reading 👇

Tasks

Your mission as Community Manager (m/w/d):

As a Community Manager (m/w/d), you will build the FC Viktoria Berlin community data-driven, creatively, and platform-agnostic. You'll create fan moments, form relationships, and develop formats that captivate people in Berlin - and far beyond.

  • You develop a digital community strategy, which increases reach, engagement, and fan bonding sustainably.
  • You design fan experiences across the entire journey – Social Media → Ticket purchase → Stadium experience → Post-match.
  • You build strong digital touchpoints: content formats, community platforms, newsletters, social listening.
  • You expand existing initiatives like the Game Changer Club and develop new concepts - from creator collaborations to membership models.
  • You identify new cooperation partners from sports, culture, education, media, and tech.
  • You develop hybrid formats, which function offline and online – roadshows, actions, campaigns, pop-ups.
  • You set data-based KPIs for community growth, engagement, and fan bonding and lead from there.
  • You work closely with our marketing, ticketing, and media team together to anchor community work as a strategic growth lever.
  • You build our community actively – with the goal: more fans in the stadium, more visibility for women's football, more enthusiasm for FC Viktoria Berlin.
  • You develop and are responsible for analog community formats – e.g. school cooperations, stadium actions, club networks, partner projects.
  • You're a creative head and implementer in one – from the idea to the roadshow over touchpoints to evaluation.
  • You bring people together – from local sports clubs to schools to initiatives, sponsors, and partners and are the point of contact for e.g. fan representatives.
  • You understand community work as strategic B2C management – and develop with us long-term plans, structures, and standards.

Qualification

  • Multiple years of experience in community building, ideally with a digital focus and ideally in the sports sector or comparable industries like events, tourism, festivals, music, or gastronomy
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for really implementing things
  • A feeling for people, target groups, multipliers, and community trends
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational talent
  • Experience in working with fans, customers, or guests (B2C)
  • Enthusiasm for direct exchange with partners, schools, clubs, etc.
  • Flexibility for events, matchdays, dates in the evening or on weekends
  • Berlin connection: you know the city, love the scene – or want to get involved exactly there

Benefits

  • The chance to shape a growing community from scratch
  • A motivated, diverse team with a big vision
  • Much room for creativity and implementation of your own ideas, formats, and projects
  • A modern, digital working environment – partly in the office, partly remote
  • Access to a strong network from sports, media, politics & culture
  • An environment that assigns responsibility, supports, and values
  • A role where you can make real movement happen

Sounds like you? Then send us your application with CV and a short motivation letter – even if you don't meet all the points – we're looking forward to you and your perspective!

Let's build something big together.
