We’re seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead our efforts across community partnerships, events, and communications, ensuring Treeview Estates is seen as an active, supportive, and valued presence in the region.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be the driving force behind community engagement, building authentic relationships and creating impactful programs that reflect our brand and values.

• You’ll be responsible for:
  Community Partnerships - Building and nurturing ongoing relationships with local community groups, churches, interest-based organisations, and clubs. Identify areas for mutual benefit, support, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Event Planning & Delivery - Proactively seek out, plan, and deliver community-focused events and activities. Manage all logistics from start to finish (e.g., Blackheath Rhododendron Festival).
• Community Communication - Manage and monitor engagement platforms. Deliver newsletters, web content, social media posts, and phone engagement that resonate with the local community. Encouraging prospective residents to visit Treeview Estates.
• Reporting & Improvement - Monitor engagement activities, compile performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing community connection.
