We are mouse bouncers GmbH, the team behind ZeroMOUSE – an AI-powered enhancement for cat flaps that prevents cats from bringing mice and other prey into the house.

Our products are already used by over 20,000 customers and are among the most innovative solutions in the Smart Pet Tech sector. Our mission is to develop technology that noticeably improves the everyday lives of pet owners.

To ensure our customers not only receive a great product but also excellent support at all times, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the area of Online Reputation & Community Management.

Responsibilities

You are the voice of ZeroMOUSE online and ensure that customers always feel well looked after.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing our reviews on Trustpilot, Amazon, Google, and other platforms
• Friendly and professional response to customer reviews
• Monitoring social media, forums, and communities (e.g., Reddit, Facebook, YouTube)
• Assisting in resolving customer issues in collaboration with our support team
• Identifying recurring points of criticism and deriving suggestions for improvement
• Creating monthly reports on brand perception and customer satisfaction
• Building and maintaining a positive online community
• Collecting and preparing customer voices, success stories, and testimonials
• Supporting the creation of FAQ, help, and information content
• Collaborating with product development, support, and marketing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and very good written German
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Enjoy working with people and developing customer-oriented solutions
• Empathy, patience, and diplomatic skill
• Independent and structured way of working
• Proficient in using digital tools
• Interest in technology and AI products

Ideally, you already have experience in one or more of these areas:

• Customer Success
• Customer Support
• Community Management
• Online Marketing
• E-commerce
• Amazon or Shopify
• Trustpilot or other review platforms

Working hours

20–30 hours per week

Working hours can be flexible. The only important thing for us is that customer inquiries and reviews are processed promptly.

Work location

Hybrid or Remote – regular coordination with our team in Unterschleißheim near Munich.
