Community & Content Manager (Intern, m/w/d) for stuttgarter-meme, karlsruher.memes and memesmunich

We are the Lokalhelden Marketing GmbH and build local social media brands in Germany. Our portfolio includes, among others, stuttgartermeme (approx. 192k), karlsruher.memes (approx. 90k), and memesmunich (approx. 60k).

We are looking for an intern or a part-time worker (alternatively, a mini-job within the statutory income limit), who takes care of our communities and implements content around the channels. The most important point: you have a strong eye for design. We want to elevate the look of the channels to a premium level.

Aufgaben

Community Management for three city channels: comments, DMs, community communication

Content creation except memes, especially:

• Story management (story setup, story layout, story interaction)
• UGC handling: submitted videos/content curate and neatly package in stories
• Coordinations and community formats using IG-story tools (polls, Q&A etc.)

Working with existing templates (Figma/Canva) and refining them further

Optional, a big plus point: cutting Reels (quickly, neatly, high-quality)

Qualifikation

• A very good eye for design, layout, and typography, you can show this through work samples
• Sure in Canva and Figma
• Plus point: CapCut/Kapwing (or comparable) for Reels edits
• You work independently, reliably, and quickly in implementation
• You live in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, or Munich (city reference is important)
• You are reachable and attentive enough that the channels are not “unattended” (regular look at Slack and the channels)
• Fixed: participation in 2 Weeklys on Tuesdays (each 1 hour)

Benefits

16 EUR/hour

Scope: 10 to 20 hours/week (intern). Mini-job possible within the statutory income limit

Office setup:

• Large office in the Tübinger Straße in Stuttgart
• Coworking in Munich (Mindspace, Stachus)
• Remote possible, presence is desired (Stuttgart or Munich ideally at least 1x/week)
