Community and Customer Service Administrator

MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Community and Customer Service Administrator for a medium-sized property in Toronto. Preference will be given to candidates living in Eastern Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and meeting with residents to address concerns. Additionally, the Community and Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of resident interactions, tracking and reporting on customer service metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. A post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration, human resources or a similar discipline is required. Experience working in property management, customer service or a related field would be an asset.
