Community Activation Manager (m/w/d)

Your Role

As Community Activation Manager, you are responsible for building, guiding, and developing community management on Instagram and TikTok. You understand community not just as a reaction unit, but as an active lever for insights, activation, and performance – and develop scalable community approaches together with Social Media & Strategy for our customers.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for strategic and operational community management on Instagram and TikTok for multiple customer accounts.
• You steer, ensure the quality of, and develop community management work including leadership & supervision of Visiting Coordinators further.
• You derive community insights, trends, and activation ideas from platform-specific community data.
• You develop and implement community activations in close cooperation with Social Media & Strategy.
• You develop efficient community workflows & processes further – including tool- and AI-supported working methods.
• You take over stakeholder & interface communication and shape the scaling of the Community Activation Service actively.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in operational community management on brand channels.
• You possess a very good platform-specific understanding for Instagram- and TikTok-communities including tonalities & dynamics.
• You have experience in professional leadership, guidance, or supervision of juniors, interns, or external forces.
• You are able to derive relevant insights, trends, and activation potential from community data.
• You work safely with community management tools, native platform features, as well as tool- & AI-supported workflows.
• You stand out due to high text security, brand understanding, and a structured, self-responsible working method.
