With our software for optimized control of heating systems in the housing industry, we counteract climate change. Through digitalization and automation of control processes, we not only reduce emissions but also energy consumption and actively drive the Energy Transition forward.

As Communications & PR Manager, you are the voice of Green Fusion.
You make our technology and successes visible and position Green Fusion together with Product, Sales, and Management as a Thought Leader in the Heat Transition - for an energy future that makes sense.

Aufgaben

• Strategische PR & Media Relations: You identify relevant topics in the housing and energy industry and proactively place Green Fusion in specialized and business media.
• Content Creation: You write press releases, technical articles, blog posts, and LinkedIn posts that illustrate our vision and the measurable benefits of our solution for your target audience.
• Storytelling & Case Studies: In close cooperation with our customers, you develop success stories that show how we can decarbonize the existing digital infrastructure.
• Ganzheitliches Kampagnenmanagement: You use tools like HubSpot and Webflow to set up communication campaigns that strengthen trust in our brand and generate inbound inquiries.
• Markenbotschafter: You develop creative formats (e.g. webinars or whitepapers) to continuously increase the visibility of Green Fusion.
• Erfolgsmessung & Optimierung: You analyze communication KPIs, draw learnings, and develop formats further.
• Stärkung unserer Marke: You bring in creative ideas on how Green Fusion can become more visible and unrecognizable in the industry.

Qualifikation

We know that no one fills a job profile to 100%. If you find yourself in most of these points and are passionate about our mission, we look forward to hearing from you!

• You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate communication, PR, or journalism – ideally in the B2B-PropTech- or ClimateTech-field.
• You have the ability to present complex technical information accurately and interestingly for your target audience.
• You go openly to media representatives and stakeholders and ideally already have contacts with the housing and real estate industry press.
• You work eigenorganisiert and securely with tools like HubSpot (CRM/Marketing) and CMS systems (e.g. Webflow).
• You writes and speaks excellent German and confidently in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the housing and real estate industry.
• An eye for visual storytelling
• Experience in crisis communication or public affairs.
