Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and communications plans to promote the organisation's initiatives and services; • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication of organisational goals and objectives; • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the community and develop targeted marketing campaigns accordingly; • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's programs and services, including their impact and outcomes; • Provide high-quality written and verbal communications materials, including reports, briefings, and presentations; • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partners, and other external stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field; • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the public sector; • Strong understanding of marketing principles, theories, and best practices; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
