Communications Lead - Data & Analytics

To.Scale is hiring a Communications Lead to join the Data & Analytics Center of Expertise of our client, a major player in the vehicle manufacturing field. You’ll be embedded in a team managed by Toyota Tsusho Systems Europe (TTS-E) and working onsite at Toyota’s HQ in Zaventem, Brussels. This role is all about visibility and impact. You’ll design and drive the comms strategy for D&A across the entire Toyota Pan-Europe ecosystem, turning data insights into stories, bringing internal communities together, and amplifying the impact of data-driven initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases the value of data and analytics across the organization, and for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. This includes developing and maintaining a content calendar, creating and disseminating internal and external communications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the comms strategy, and for identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
