Communications Designer (Content & Campaigns)

As we expand into social media, integrated campaigns and AI-powered content, we're looking for a designer who's excited to help shape what's next . What You'll Do * Create content for social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. * Design and develop engaging visual assets for a variety of platforms and audiences. * Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to develop campaign strategies and content plans. * Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. * Develop and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital content, and design. * Contribute to the evolution of our brand voice and visual identity. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. What You'll Bring * Proven experience as a Communications Designer, Content Creator, or similar role. * A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including social media content, campaign visuals, and digital assets. * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). * Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus. * Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. * Strong storytelling and copywriting skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A passion for creating impactful and engaging communication. * Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Bonus Points * Experience with AI-powered content creation tools. * Familiarity with SEO best practices for content. * Experience in the tech industry.
