Communication Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Communication Specialist to join our team at IOANID School. You will have an essential role in managing communication with parents and supporting the admission process, ensuring that our messages are clear, attractive, and relevant.

• Managing communication with current and future parents through the dedicated platform and email.
• Creating and drafting messages about school activities and events.
• Providing relevant information to families interested in our school and the admission process.
• Ensuring constant and unified communication, aligned with the school's image and values.
• Creating articles and texts for the website and visuals that support communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in philology, communication, psychology, or foreign languages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in Romanian.
• The ability to draft clear and well-structured texts.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• A person who is organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Basic knowledge of PC usage and notions of WordPress and Canva.
