COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST WITH 3 LANGUAGES

Orienta SpA, Employment Agency, Bergamo Branch, selects two BILINGUAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTS. The Resource will be included in a dynamic, international and growing reality, which after 16 years still keeps alive its strong innovative and sparkling Start-up approach, although it has become a leading company in its market. Focused on facilitating opportunities for meeting between Demand and Offer of companies operating in a highly specialized industrial sector, this company wishes to identify Resources with specific characteristics: In particular, the resource, in close collaboration with the reference colleagues, will deal with the following tasks: Organization and management of the database coordinating with the reference managers dedicated to communication towards target companies. In particular, it will be dedicated to the following activities: - Outbound calls to target companies (NO SALES) in order to prepare invitations to events, congresses, highlighting the value of the proposed opportunity. - Telephone and email contact with potential visiting companies of the organized events - Updating company databases and analysis tools (Excel and company interfaces) Hard skills: - Bilingual or Trilingual (two or three languages spoken fluently in addition to Italian, very high spoken level, secondary written) - Good familiarity with analysis tools (CRM, charts, excel, etc...) - Versatility in written and spoken communication to interact best with interlocutors of different backgrounds. - Availability to travel for about 8 weeks a year in Europe and Overseas for any visits to suppliers/clients and company events.
