As a Communication Planning Strategist, you are the strategic brain behind our campaigns. You are the partner for our clients and internal teams, challenging the status quo and ensuring our media plans are not only effective but also innovative and future-proof. With your expertise and vision, you will make a direct impact on the growth of the world's largest brands.

What will you do?

• You are the strategic brain: You translate complex marketing strategies into a rock-solid, integrated media strategy. You substantiate your advice with in-depth analyses, consumer insights, and market trends.
• You are a trendsetter: You hunt for the latest developments in media, data, and technology and translate them into a concrete roadmap for our clients. You inspire with your vision and share your expertise during sessions and events.
• You create growth: You challenge clients, uncover the real business challenge, and advise on solutions that add value. You are crucial for commercial growth by identifying new opportunities.
• You are a data expert: You are a master in the strategic use of our tools, with WPP Open Media Studio (OMS) as a core component. You coach teams to transform data into smarter strategic decisions.
• You build C-level relationships: You are the strategic partner for senior stakeholders. You build long-term, trusting relationships and know how to convince decision-makers with your in-depth knowledge and judgment.

Who are you?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a strategic role and are an expert in the media landscape.
• You understand the entire media ecosystem and know exactly how different touchpoints reinforce each other to tell an integrated story.
• You are a critical thinker who effortlessly transforms complex data and trends into a clear and convincing strategic narrative.
• You lead from expertise, not from hierarchy. You coach and inspire colleagues and elevate the strategic level of the entire team.
• You are naturally curious, a source of inspiration for clients and colleagues, and always looking for ways to do better.
