To support our team, we are looking for an engaged and creative personality for the area of Communication and Brand Marketing – on site at our Frankfurt office.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung andWeiterentwicklung of our Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms)
• StrategicAusbau unserer Marke and thedigitalen Sichtbarkeit of the organisation
• Konzeption and Umsetzung ofkreativer Marketing- and Kommunikationskampagnen
• Development ofContent- andStorytelling-Konzepten
• Zusammenarbeit with internal and external partners
• Analyse und Optimierung of campaigns based on relevant key figures

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, Brand Management or Campaign Management
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in the development and implementation of larger marketing campaigns
• A very good understanding of brand building, positioning and storytelling
• Safe handling with Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Kreativität paired with analytical thinking
• Erfahrung mit Design-Tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or others)
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• A very good knowledge of German in writing and speaking (C1)
• Identification with the values of an education NGO:
