Communications Advisor

For De Bevelanden, we are looking for a Communications Advisor. You make residents happy by rewriting complex letters to B1 level. You advise on communication for ICT projects and take care of the visual presentation for meetings with five city councils down to the last detail. As an all-round communications advisor, you're the one GR De Bevelanden needs. You do it
You work on communication for the entire organization, as well as for the HRM, ICT and Work, Income and Care teams. Together with a colleague communications advisor, you divide tasks for internal and external communication. You advise both upon request and proactively and get energy from implementing these advice. You're a doer who goes about things result-oriented. Additionally, you build strong relationships with colleagues throughout the organization and beyond. At GR De Bevelanden, no day is the same. You spar with HRM colleagues over new job vacancy texts, discuss communication around updates that affect GR De Bevelanden and the five participating municipalities with ICT, and make invitations for company parties. In broad discussions with communications advisors from the five municipalities, you talk to each other about current affairs. You update information on the website when there are changes in the application process for benefits. Finally, you plan messages for social media. What you do

• think and advise on communication in projects and take care of its implementation;
• advise colleagues and management on internal and external communication;
• provide creative input to communication within GR De Bevelanden;
• manage social media, website, and intranet;
• organize and support events.

Your profile
You possess outstanding advisory skills and experience with both internal and external communication. You're creative, customer-oriented, and take on things independently. You know how to easily make contact with different people within and outside the organization and you enjoy varied work assignments.
