Votre rôle consiste à assurer le confort de notre clientèle durant son séjour au sein de l’Auberge en
nettoyant, en entretenant et en remettant en ordre nos aires communes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare the unit for cleaning.
- Prepare your work cart: check the quantity of products and materials, ensure the appropriate arrangement of products on the cart, etc.
- Inform your immediate supervisor in case of inventory depletion at the workspace level.
- Bring forgotten items from common areas to reception or the maintenance supervisor for recording and storage.
- Clean the common areas of the Auberge (corridors, reception, pool, restaurants, etc.).
- Set up specific installations in accommodations (additional bed, dog cage).
- Disinfect and clean sanitary facilities and floors.
- Remove trash.
- Verify the state of furniture and equipment.
- Report irregularities related to the condition of common areas.
- Respond effectively to customer needs and requests.
- Handle complaints or direct customers to responsible personnel for management.
- Maintain respect and application of company regulations.
Experience:
A first experience in the field of maintenance and/or hospitality is an asset.
Skills and qualifications:
- Be honest, discreet, and reliable.
- Have a concern for quality, precision, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Your working conditions:
- 40 hours per week during peak season, with two consecutive days off.
- Schedule going from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- A position requiring standing for long periods, bending, and lifting certain loads.
- Day or evening work, including holidays and weekends.
