Excellent new Home Manager opportunity for a premium residential care home in the Eastbourne area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded care provider with homes located across the south of the country, as well as plans to expand over the next few years. We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for this medium-sized luxury care home. Requirements L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification Experience of successfully managing a residential care home for older people Proven track record in delivering high-quality care and support to residents and their families Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
