We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for this medium-sized luxury care home. Requirements L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification Experience of successfully managing a residential care home for older people Proven track record in delivering high-quality care and support to residents and their families Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
