Commissioning Leadership EMSR (m/w/d)
Location: Bremen
Project start: around January 2026 (possibly earlier)
Project duration: until the end of 2026
Languages: German or English
Project description:
Upgrading warm-rolled steel strip in a coil-to-coil facility. The process includes, among other things:
- Straightener, brush machines, pinch rolls
- Shear & Besäum shear, scrap shears
- Leveler, robot for labeling
- Oil machine, coil unwinding & transport binding
Tasks:
- Preliminary deployment on the construction site
- Cold and warm commissioning
- Repair work and fault elimination (electricity & mechanics)
- Error prevention and solution finding
- Coordination with SPS programmers (TIA Portal possible)
- Optimization of the facility
Must-Haves:
- Experience as a commissioning leader in comparable projects
- Process knowledge Coil-to-Coil
- Regulation technology
- Experience with Besäum shears, pinch rolls, levelers
- Understanding of control, strip tension, torque
Qualification:
- EMSR commissioning experience
- SPS knowledge (TIA is advantageous)
