We’re looking for a confident, guest–focused part-time Commissionaire to be the first point of contact at our front entrance. In this role, you’ll create a warm welcome for every arrival while helping to keep our driveway running safely and smoothly.

About the role

As Commissionaire, you will:

• Greet guests on arrival and departure, offering a friendly, professional first impression
• Assist with doors, directions and basic luggage support, referring to Concierge or Porters where needed
• Help manage the flow of vehicles in the driveway, ensuring it is safe, clear and well organised
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance, supporting guest safety and reporting any concerns
• Work closely with Concierge, Reception and Security to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold Cordis grooming and service standards at all times

What we’re looking for

• Previous customer service or front-of-house experience (hotel or hospitality experience an advantage)
• Confident, calm and approachable with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outside and on your feet for long periods
• Reliable, punctual and able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
• A genuine passion for looking after people and creating a great first impression
