Plumber's Assistant

The person holding this position will have the key responsibilities as follows :

• Offer excellent service and retain customer loyalty;
  
• Evaluate clients' needs and provide enlightened and specialized advice on department products;
  
• Present and show merchandise, explaining its characteristics and suggesting complementary products;
  
• Support the marketing of department products by displaying, visually presenting, labeling, and showcasing merchandise;
  
• Stay informed about new products and their technical features;
  
• Keep up-to-date with promotions and circulars to optimize marketing;
  
• Maintain the department assigned to you;
  
• Develop a basic knowledge of all products in stock;
  
• Respect policies and procedures in place regarding health, safety, and loss prevention;
  
• Complete other tasks requested and defined by your supervisor in line with the nature of the job.
  

Required skills :

• Be skilled at interpersonal communication and teamwork ;
  
• Be results-oriented and customer-focused ;
  
• Have attention to detail and precision.
  

Requirements :

• Secondary education diploma;
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales;
  
• Ability to work under pressure;
  
• Availability to work according to a variable schedule (day, evening, and weekend).
