In the role of Pastry Commis you will be the essential support to the pastry team, contributing to ensuring refined and high-quality preparations for our guests. You will be part of a dynamic and creative environment, ensuring order, precision, and attention to detail in every phase of confectionery production.

Main responsibilities

• Support the pastry team in preparing desserts, sweets, and baked goods according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the workstation and equipment, respecting sanitary regulations.
• Assist in serving pastries and confectionery products, ensuring presentation, quality, and attention to detail.
• Control the quality of ingredients and preparations, ensuring freshness and coherence with company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and respect for production times.

Requirements

• Prior experience in pastry-making, preferably in luxury hotels or gourmet restaurants.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques and sanitary regulations.
• Able to work with precision and attention under pressure.
• Teamwork attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for pastry-making and orientation towards quality and excellence in every preparation.
