Description of the post Mission general : You participate daily in the operational excellence of our restaurant 'Maison Louise' and other sales points of the hotel. You ensure the service (setup, setting, service, clearing) to customers and develop the reputation of the restaurant. You are exemplary in your way of being, doing and you have the will to embody the state of mind of the brand.
