Commis de Rang (m/f/d) The Restaurant

• Ensuring smooth service operations in the restaurant, during In-Room Dining, as well as at banquets and other outlets

• Supporting our Chef de Rangs in service, from beverage and food service to professional setting up and clearing down

• Preparation of the station according to our quality standards as well as carrying out daily mise-en-place work

• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and structured processes in the service and back-of-house areas

• Adherence to our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP, LQA) to offer our guests a first-class service experience
