Das Hotel zählt zu Preferred Hotels & Resorts und verfügt über 274 großzügige Zimmer und Suiten. Die Küche des Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol, ausgezeichnet vom Gault&Millau 2024 mit 13 Punkten und zwei Hauben für das Á la carte-Restaurant und 17,5 Punkten und 4 Hauben für den Chef's Table, bietet lokal inspirierte Gaumenfreuden in verschiedenen Restaurantstuben, einem Speisezimmer und einer Bar.
