Description of the post
Your missions will be
- To perform all preliminary preparations (peeling, cutting, cooking bases, stocks etc.)
- To prepare simple dishes under the supervision of the section head chef
- To help with general setup
- To receive and store goods/provisions
- To contribute to setting up plates
- To maintain and clean floors and workstations
- To respect hygiene and safety rules
