Job description
Within a close-knit and dynamic team, and under the responsibility of the Head Chef, Assistant Chef, or Cook, the Commis de Cuisine participates in meal preparation and the maintenance of kitchen equipment and premises. They carry out their mission with perfect respect for ORPEA Charters (resident's intimacy, dignity, comfort, and safety, confidentiality of information held about them, and respect for applicable procedures).
