Our culinary team is looking for a Commis de Cuisine (all genders) to join our Aurora Rooftop Bar team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes in line with the hotel's high standards. Your tasks will include:• Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment• Assisting with food preparation and plating• Working closely with the chef de partie and other team members to ensure smooth service• Participating in menu planning and development• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve high-quality results• Providing exceptional customer service• Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a harmonious work environment.
